How billing works for international clients
- All prices in US dollars, exclusive of any taxes that apply in your country. Other currencies on request.
- Projects are fixed price: 50% to start, 50% at go-live. Programmes bill against milestones you sign off.
- Retainers bill monthly in advance, with a 3-month minimum and 30 days' notice after that. Extra hours are $75.
- You own the code, the data and the infrastructure from day one. Stop paying us and nothing stops working.
- Reviews and calls are scheduled inside your working hours, whether that is London, New York, Dubai or Sydney.
