It depends on how many people and how much history the system has to absorb, not on how much software there is. A single-site POS or HR rollout is measured in weeks. A multi-site hospital information system with historical record migration is measured in months. We give you a dated plan before you commit, not after.

No, and that is a design constraint rather than a hope. Deployments run in parallel with your live system. Your staff train on the new one while the old one still works, and we cut over only when the new one has been proven on real data.

You do, completely. We build on infrastructure in your name, and hand over documentation, credentials and root access on day one. There is no lock-in, no per-seat trap, and nothing about our commercial model that depends on you being unable to leave.

Usually, yes. Most of the value in a first engagement comes from making systems you already pay for talk to each other. We replace software only where replacing it is genuinely cheaper than integrating it, and we will tell you which case you are in.
